1. About this policy

This Privacy Policy explains how the developer of Cosmodoku (the “App”), an Android puzzle game, handles information when you use the App. It also explains the role of third-party services used for advertising and analytics.

2. Information that may be collected

Depending on the App version, your device, your region, your consent choices, and service configuration, the App and its service providers may collect or process:

• Device and app identifiers, such as an advertising identifier, app instance identifier, and identifiers used for fraud prevention, advertising, or analytics.
• Device information, such as device type, operating system and version, language, country or general region, app version, and network connection information.
• App activity and usage data, such as game events, session duration, screens viewed, feature interactions, progress events, ad views, ad interactions, and diagnostic events.
• Approximate location, which may be inferred from information such as an IP address for purposes including regional service delivery, analytics, fraud prevention, and advertising.
• Diagnostics and performance data, such as crash-related information, app responsiveness, and technical error information, if enabled in the services used by the App.

The developer does not use this information to identify you directly by name. If you contact the developer by email, your email address and message will be received and used to respond to your request.

3. How information is used

Information may be used to:

• operate, maintain, and improve Cosmodoku;
• understand gameplay, feature use, and app performance;
• fix errors and improve stability;
• measure advertising performance and prevent fraud or abuse;
• show ads, including personalized ads where permitted and consented to, or non-personalized ads where applicable;
• provide an in-game reward after a rewarded advertisement is completed; and
• comply with legal obligations and enforce applicable terms.

4. Google AdMob and rewarded advertising

Cosmodoku uses Google AdMob, provided by Google LLC, to display advertisements. The App may offer optional rewarded ads: you choose whether to watch a video advertisement, and the in-game reward is provided after the completion event is reported to the App.

AdMob may collect or receive device identifiers, IP address, device and app information, ad interaction data, and related diagnostic or fraud-prevention information. 5. Firebase Analytics

Cosmodoku uses Firebase Analytics, provided by Google LLC, to understand how the App is used and to improve gameplay and reliability. Firebase Analytics may process app instance identifiers, device and app information, approximate location, session information, and events generated when players use the App.

6. Sharing of information

Information may be shared with or processed by Google and its service providers as necessary to provide AdMob and Firebase Analytics. It may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect rights or safety, to investigate fraud or abuse, or as part of a business transfer. The developer does not sell personal information for money.

7. Consent and your choices

Where required, the App may ask for your consent before using information for personalized advertising or related purposes. You can use any privacy options made available in the App or on your device. Android settings may also allow you to reset or delete the advertising identifier, limit ad personalization, or manage application permissions. Your available choices vary by device and region.

8. Data retention and deletion

The developer retains information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including support, security, legal, and operational needs. Google retains information processed through AdMob and Firebase according to its own settings, policies, and legal obligations.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of information held directly by the developer by using the contact email below. Because much service data is pseudonymous and controlled by third-party identifiers, the developer may not be able to associate that data with a specific person. Requests concerning data controlled by Google should also be made through Google’s privacy tools.

9. Data security and international processing

Reasonable administrative and technical measures are used to protect information. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure. Third-party providers may process information in countries other than the one where you live, subject to their safeguards and applicable law.

10. Children’s privacy

Cosmodoku is not intended to knowingly collect personal information directly from children. If the App is offered to children in a particular region, the developer will apply the age, consent, advertising, and family requirements that apply there. If you believe a child has provided personal information directly to the developer, please contact the developer so the matter can be reviewed.

11. Changes to this policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated when the App, its services, or legal requirements change. The revised policy will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
